5924.129 Burglary.
Any person subject to this code who, with intent to commit an offense punishable under sections 5924.118 to 5924.128, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and of this code, breaks and enters, in the nighttime, the dwelling house of another, is guilty of burglary and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
