1936 - Irreconcilable statutes passed by different General Assemblies.

     § 1936.  Irreconcilable statutes passed by different General              Assemblies.        Whenever the provisions of two or more statutes enacted     finally by different General Assemblies are irreconcilable, the     statute latest in date of final enactment shall prevail.
