DIVISION 6 BULK TRANSFERS (Repealed) 1992 Repeal Note. Division 6 (Chapter 61) was added November 1, 1979, P.L.255, No.86, and repealed July 9, 1992, P.L.507, No.97, effective in one year. Section 30 of Act 97 provided that rights and obligations that arose under Division 6 before its repeal remain valid and may be enforced as though those provisions had not been repealed.
