§ 1913. Notice of meeting of shareholders. (a) General rule.--Written notice of the meeting of shareholders of a business corporation that will act on the proposed amendment shall be given to each shareholder entitled to vote thereon. There shall be included in, or enclosed with, the notice a copy of the proposed amendment or a summary of the changes to be effected thereby and, if Subchapter D of Chapter 15 (relating to dissenters rights) is applicable, a copy of that subchapter.
