§ 1973. Notice of meeting of shareholders. (a) General rule.--Written notice of the meeting of shareholders that will consider the resolution recommending dissolution of the business corporation shall be given to each shareholder of record entitled to vote thereon and the purpose shall be included in the notice of the meeting. (b) Cross reference.--See Subchapter A of Chapter 17 (relating to notice and meetings generally).
