2504 - Termination of registered corporation status.
§ 2504. Termination of registered corporation status. (a) Registered corporations.--The applicability of this chapter to a registered corporation described in section 2502(1) (relating to registered corporation status) shall terminate immediately upon the termination of the status of the corporation as a registered corporation. (b) Subsidiary corporations.--The applicability of this chapter to a registered corporation described in section 2502(2) shall terminate immediately upon the happening of any event whereby all of the shares of the corporation are no longer owned, directly or indirectly, by one or more registered corporations or foreign corporations for profit described in section 4102(b) (relating to registered corporation exclusions).
