4130 - Change of address after withdrawal.

     § 4130.  Change of address after withdrawal.        (a)  General rule.--Any foreign business corporation that has     withdrawn from doing business in this Commonwealth, or its     successor in interest, may, from time to time, change the     address to which process may be sent in an action upon any     liability incurred before the filing of an application for     termination of authority by filing in the Department of State of     a statement of change of address by withdrawn corporation     executed by the corporation, setting forth:            (1)  The name of the withdrawn corporation and, if the        statement is filed by a successor in interest, the name and        capacity of the successor.            (2)  The name of the jurisdiction under the laws of which        the corporation filing the statement is incorporated.            (3)  The former post office address, including street and        number, if any, of the withdrawn corporation as of record in        the department.            (4)  The new post office address, including street and        number, if any, of the withdrawn corporation or its        successor.
