§ 7505. Number and qualifications of incorporators. Five or more individuals of full age engaging in agriculture or two or more cooperative agricultural associations may incorporate an association. If an association is incorporated by individuals, at least three of the individuals shall be residents of this Commonwealth. If an association is incorporated by cooperative agricultural associations, at least one of the associations shall be a domestic association.
