7532 - Removal of directors.

     § 7532.  Removal of directors.        A director may be removed from office by the affirmative vote     of not less than a majority of the members present and voting at     any regular or special meeting called for that purpose or, where     the bylaws provide for the election of directors by districts,     by the affirmative vote of not less than a majority of the     members or delegates residing in or representing the district     from which he was elected. The bylaws shall provide for the     filing of charges, the giving of notice thereof, an opportunity     to be heard and the procedures under which a director may be     removed.
