§ 8105. Ownership of certain professional partnerships. Except as otherwise provided by statute, rule or regulation applicable to a particular profession, all of the ultimate beneficial owners of the partnership interests in a partnership that renders one or more restricted professional services shall be licensed persons. As used in this section, the term "restricted professional services" shall have the meaning specified in section 8903 (relating to definitions and index of definitions).
