§ 8517. Notice. The fact that a certificate of limited partnership is on file in the Department of State is not notice of any fact other than: (1) that the partnership is a limited partnership and that all partners are limited partners except the persons designated therein as general partners; and (2) if it is registered under Chapter 82 (relating to registered limited liability partnerships), that it is also a registered limited liability partnership.
