8518 - Delivery of filed documents to limited partners.

     § 8518.  Delivery of filed documents to limited partners.        Upon the return by the Department of State pursuant to     section 136 (relating to processing of documents by Department     of State) of a certificate marked "Filed," the general partners     shall promptly deliver or mail a copy of the original     certificate of limited partnership and each certificate of     amendment or cancellation or other certificate required or     permitted to be filed under this chapter to each limited partner     except as otherwise provided in the partnership agreement.
