§ 8585. Changes and amendments. (a) General rule.--If any arrangements or other facts described in the application for registration of a foreign limited partnership have changed, making the application inaccurate in any material respect, the foreign limited partnership shall promptly execute and file in the Department of State a certificate of amendment of registration setting forth: (1) The name under which the foreign limited partnership is registered to do business in this Commonwealth. (2) Subject to section 109 (relating to name of commercial registered office provider in lieu of registered address), the address, including street and number, if any, of its registered office in this Commonwealth. (3) The arrangements or other facts that have changed. (b) Effect of filing.--The application for registration as a foreign limited partnership shall be amended upon filing of the certificate of amendment of registration in the department.
