Criminal homicide.        (a)  Offense defined.--A person is guilty of criminal     homicide if he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or     negligently causes the death of another human being.        (b)  Classification.--Criminal homicide shall be classified     as murder, voluntary manslaughter, or involuntary manslaughter.        Cross References.
