§ 7331. Unlicensed mortgage loan business. A person that operates without a license in violation of 7 Pa.C.S. § 6111 (relating to license requirements) commits a felony of the third degree. (July 8, 2008, P.L.796, No.56, eff. 120 days) 2008 Amendment. Act 56 added section 7331.
