§ 7513. Restriction on alcoholic beverages (Repealed). 2003 Repeal. Section 7513 was repealed September 30, 2003, P.L.120, No.24, effective February 1, 2004. Section 21(1) of Act 24 provided that the repeal of section 7513 shall not affect offenses committed prior to February 1, 2004.
