§ 7516. Greyhound racing. A person who holds, conducts or operates a greyhound race for public exhibition in this Commonwealth for monetary remuneration commits a misdemeanor of the first degree. (May 21, 2004, P.L.232, No.36, eff. 60 days) 2004 Amendment. Act 36 added section 7516.
