§ 3534.1. Cost of distribution of tangible personal property. Except as otherwise provided in the will, if any, the personal representative shall pay as an expense of administration the reasonable expenses of storage, insurance, packing and delivery of tangible personal property to a beneficiary. Section 16(1) of Act 98 provided that section 3534.1 shall apply to the estates of decedents who die on or after the effective date of par. (1).
