Presumption of payment, release or extinguishment.     § 3551.  Enforcement of payment.        When a sum of money is charged upon real or personal property     by will, inter vivos trust or decree, and has become payable,     the court having jurisdiction of the estate or trust, upon     petition of a party in interest and after notice to all persons     liable for its payment and to the owner of the property charged,     may enter a decree directing payment by the person liable, and     in default of payment, may direct the fiduciary or a trustee to     be appointed to sell the property charged, or so much of it as     shall be necessary, upon such terms and security as the court     shall direct, in which event the proceeds of the sale shall be     distributed under the direction of the court as in other cases     of judicial sales, to the persons legally entitled to receive     them.
