4505 - Release of surety before discharge of fiduciary.

     § 4505.  Release of surety before discharge of fiduciary.        For good cause, the court, upon the petition of any surety of     a fiduciary, may order the surety's release and require the     fiduciary to procure a new surety. In such case, the original     surety shall remain liable for all breaches of the obligation of     the bond occurring prior to the execution of the bond by the new     surety and his approval by the court, but not for breaches     thereafter.
