SUBCHAPTER B ENFORCEMENT OF BOND Sec. 4521. Suits on bonds. 4522. Service of process on nonresident surety (Repealed). § 4521. Suits on bonds. Any bond of a fiduciary shall be in the name of the Commonwealth for the use of those interested in the estate. Suit may be brought thereon by any person interested therein, as provided by law.
