783 - Procedure on sequestration of real or personal property.

     § 783.  Procedure on sequestration of real or personal property.        A writ of sequestration of real or personal property of an     estate or trust, or of the respondent, to enforce an order or     decree of the orphans' court division in the administration of     the estate or trust shall be allowed by the orphans' court     division as fully as in any court of equity, and shall be     directed to and executed by the sheriff of the county in which     the court or branch of the court is located or of any county     where property to be sequestered is located. The orphans' court     division, by general rule or special order, may prescribe the     practice relating to sequestration of real and personal     property. To the extent not provided for by general rule or     special order, the practice relating to sequestration shall     conform to the practice in the division of the court having     jurisdiction over actions at law.
