§ 6371. Rehabilitative services for child and family. The county agency shall provide or arrange for and monitor rehabilitative services for children and their families on a voluntary basis or under a final or intermediate order of the court. (Dec. 16, 1994, P.L.1292, No.151, eff. July 1, 1995)
