§ 2384. Disposition of fees, fines and civil penalties. All moneys derived from fees, fines and civil penalties collected or imposed under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and shall be credited to the general government operations appropriation of the Department of Agriculture to administer the provisions of this chapter.
