2504 - Penalty.
§ 2504. Penalty. (a) Imposition.--The department may assess an administrative penalty of up to $500 for each violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter. (b) Procedure.--A penalty assessed under subsection (a) shall be subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Ch. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and Ch. 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).
