§ 4140. Hindering or obstructing officer; penalties. Any person who shall hinder or obstruct in any way the department, the director or any one of the inspectors or a sealer or deputy sealer in the performance of his official duties shall, upon conviction, be subject to criminal penalties in accordance with section 4191(a) (relating to offenses and penalties).
