4160 - Sales by weight.
§ 4160. Sales by weight. Any commodity shall be duly weighed by a licensed weighmaster of this Commonwealth on accurate scales which are suitable for weighing the tare and gross weight of the vehicle or vehicle and trailer transporting the commodity and which are located in this Commonwealth and have been tested and approved by an official empowered by law to test the scales. Weighing shall be done by a licensed weighmaster at the time of sale or delivery.
