Part VIII was added December 12, 1994, P.L.903,     No.131, effective in 60 days.                                CHAPTER 81                         MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS     Sec.     8101.  Farmers' market.        Enactment.  Chapter 81 was added December 12, 1994, P.L.903,     No.131, effective immediately and retroactive to September 6,     1994.     § 8101.  Farmers' market.        For the purpose of section 14(e) of the act of July 7, 1994     (P.L.421, No.70), known as the Food Act, any building, structure     or place owned, leased or otherwise in possession of a person or     municipal corporation or public or private organization, used or     intended to be used by two or more farmers or an association of     farmers for the purpose of selling food directly to consumers     shall be deemed to be a single food establishment.
