§ 1508. Athletic event gaming. Nothing in this part shall be construed to permit the receiving, recording or the registering of bets or wagers or selling pools which may involve any professional or amateur athletic event. Nothing in this part shall be construed to prohibit staging or conducting athletic events at licensed facilities.
