§ 1518.3. Applicability of Clean Indoor Air Act. Notwithstanding section 11(b) of the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L.182, No.27), known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, the provisions of section 3(b)(11) of the Clean Indoor Air Act shall apply to all licensed facilities.
