Subchapter D is referred to in section 8931 of this title. § 4541. Short title of subchapter. This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Investigating Grand Jury Act." Renumbering. Former section 4541 was renumbered 4531 pursuant to section 216(a)(1) of the act of October 5, 1980 (P.L.693, No.142).
