SUBCHAPTER C BLOOD TESTS TO DETERMINE PATERNITY (Repealed) 1990 Repeal. Subchapter C (§§ 6131 - 6137) was added July 9, 1976 P.L.586, No.142, and repealed December 19, 1990, P.L.1240, No.206, effective in 90 days. The subject matter is now contained in section 5104 of Title 23 (Domestic Relations).
