     § 8390.  Violation of injunctions or abatement order.        (a)  Contempt.--A violation of any court order issued under     this subchapter is punishable as a contempt of court by a fine     of not less than $500 nor more than $75,000. The court may order     the sheriff or other proper officer of any county to take into     custody and commit to jail any person fined for a contempt until     the fine shall be paid or discharged. If unable to pay the fine,     the person may be committed to jail by the court for not more     than three months. Evidence concerning the duration and     repetitive nature of the violations shall be considered by the     court in determining the contempt penalties.        (b)  Additional orders.--In addition, upon finding that a     defendant has willfully violated a court order issued under this     subchapter, the court shall be also empowered to issue any     additional orders necessary to abate this drug-related nuisance.
