     § 2316.  Transfer of unaccepted personnel to Pennsylvania Guard.        When the Pennsylvania National Guard, or any part thereof, is     ordered or called into the service of the United States,     officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel of the     Pennsylvania National Guard not accepted for Federal service     because of physical defects, age or other cause may be     immediately transferred to the rolls of the Pennsylvania Guard     and assigned to units or organizations of the Pennsylvania Guard     by the department. The officer, warrant officer and enlisted     personnel so transferred may serve in the Pennsylvania Guard for     the duration of the emergency plus six months unless sooner     discharged under the terms of their State commission or     enlistment contract.
