§ 2504. Retirement of commissioned officers and enlisted personnel. Commissioned officers and enlisted personnel of the Pennsylvania Guard shall be controlled by section 2313 (relating to retired Pennsylvania National Guard personnel) for promotion on the Pennsylvania Guard retired list.
