§ 511. Issuing flags, standards and guidons. The Governor as Commander-in-Chief is hereby authorized to procure and issue from time to time to the Pennsylvania National Guard and Pennsylvania Guard such flags, standards and guidons as may be necessary, in conformance with applicable Federal and State statutes and regulations.
