§ 6047. Purchasing and receiving military property in pawn. If any person shall knowingly and willfully purchase, or receive in pawn or pledge any military property of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or of the United States in use by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
