3072 - Officers.
§ 3072. Officers. Each municipality shall be governed by an elected executive (mayor) and council members, an elected district attorney in the case of counties and, if so provided under the plan, an elected treasurer or elected controller and any other officers as shall be appointed pursuant to this subchapter, general law or ordinance.
