5510.2 - Special funds in cities of the first class.

     § 5510.2.  Special funds in cities of the first class.        (a)  General rule.--An authority, under resolutions adopted     from time to time by the board, may establish and create such     special funds as may be found desirable by the board and, in and     by such resolutions, may provide for payments into all special     funds from specified sources with such preferences and     priorities as may be deemed advisable and may provide for the     custody, disbursement and application of any moneys in any such     special funds consistent with the provisions of this chapter and     consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. The     authority shall maintain the Philadelphia Taxicab and Limousine     Regulatory Fund as a separate fund from all other funds.        (b)  Applicability.--This section shall only apply to     authorities in cities of the first class.
