Subchapter F (§§ 351 - 365) was added December 19, 1975, P.L.524, No.155, and repealed December 21, 1988, P.L.1444, No.177, effective October 1, 1989. The subject matter is now contained in Subchapter F of Chapter 83 of Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations).
