Chapter 7 (§§ 701 - 707) was added July 10, 1981, P.L.237, No.77, and repealed December 21, 1988, P.L.1444, No.177, effective October 1, 1989. The subject matter is now contained in Chapter 87 of Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations).
