§ 4109. Evaluation. The department and the commission shall monitor and evaluate the motivational boot camp program under Chapter 39 (relating to motivational boot camp) to ensure that the programmatic objectives are met. In even-numbered years, the department shall present a report of its evaluation to the Judiciary Committee of the Senate and the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives no later than February 1. In odd-numbered years, the commission shall present a report of its evaluation to the Judiciary Committee of the Senate and the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives no later than February 1.
