§ 7123. Penalty. A person who is on parole or probation in another state and who resides in this Commonwealth in violation of section 7122 (relating to supervision of persons paroled by other states) commits a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10,000 or to imprisonment for not more than five years, or both.
