Chapter 15 is referred to in sections 102,     1903, 1904 of this title.     § 1501.  Definitions.        The following words and phrases when used in this chapter     shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the     context clearly indicates otherwise:        "Excess supplies."  All nonexpendable supplies having a     remaining useful life but which are no longer required by the     using agency in possession of the supplies.        "Expendable supplies."  All tangible supplies other than     nonexpendable supplies.        "Nonexpendable supplies."  All tangible supplies having an     original acquisition cost of over $100 per unit and a probable     useful life of more than one year.        "Supplies."  Supplies owned by Commonwealth agencies.        "Surplus supplies."  Nonexpendable supplies no longer having     any use to any Commonwealth agency. The term includes obsolete     supplies, scrap materials and nonexpendable supplies that have     completed their useful life cycle. The term does not include     road or bridge materials or equipment that have been declared     surplus by the Department of Transportation under section 510 of     the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The     Administrative Code of 1929.
