§ 3758. Review of proposed capital improvement projects. Prior to entering into a guaranteed energy savings contract, every governmental unit shall review all proposed capital improvement projects for potential applicability of this subchapter and shall consider proceeding with a guaranteed energy savings contract under this subchapter where appropriate.
