§ 3936. Contracts involving Federal aid. If any provision of this chapter conflicts with a Federal statute or regulation or with conditions attached to the receipt of Federal aid, this chapter shall not operate to prevent receipt of the Federal aid in accordance with any Federal statute or regulation.
