§ 4302. Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Public facility." Any building, airport, school, park, hospital or other structure, grounds or place owned or operated by a government agency, whether for governmental or proprietary use.
