303 - Seal.
§ 303. Seal. The commission shall adopt and use an official seal, by which the commission shall authenticate its proceedings, and of which seal the courts shall take judicial notice. A copy of any paper or document on file with the commission authenticated by any such seal shall be evidence equally and in like manner as the original.
