317 - Fees for services rendered by commission.

     § 317.  Fees for services rendered by commission.        (a)  General rule.--The commission shall by rule establish on     a reasonable cost basis the fees to be charged and collected for     the following services:            (1)  Copies of paper, testimony and records.            (2)  Certifying a copy of any paper, testimony or record.            (3)  (Repealed).            (4)  Filing of each securities certificate, or each        application for a certificate of public convenience,        registration certificate, permit or license.        (b)  Fees for testing.--The commission shall by rule     establish on a reasonable cost basis the fees to be charged and     collected from public utilities for the testing of their     instruments of precision and measuring apparatus. Section 2     provided that the fees for testing previously established by     rule or regulation and currently in effect at the commission     shall remain in full force and effect unless and until     increased, decreased or otherwise modified pursuant to the act     of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory     Review Act.        1982 Repeal Note.
