8205 - Applicability of other statutes.

     § 8205.  Applicability of other statutes.        (a)  General rule.--Notwithstanding any other provision of     law, the following acts shall apply to the commission under this     chapter:            (1)  The act of June 21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred        to as the Right-to-Know Law.            (2)  The act of July 19, 1957 (P.L.1017, No.451), known        as the State Adverse Interest Act.            (3)  The provisions of 65 Pa.C.S. Chs. 7 (relating to        open meetings) and 11 (relating to ethics standards and        financial disclosure).        (b)  Status of commission.--The commission shall be     considered an "agency" for the purposes of the following:            (1)  The act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred        to as the Commonwealth Documents Law.            (2)  The act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as        the Regulatory Review Act.        References in Text.  The act of June 21, 1957 (P.L.390,     No.212), referred to as the Right-to-Know Law, referred to in     subsec. (a)(1), was repealed by the act of Feb. 14, 2008 (P.L.6,     No.3), known as the Right-to-Know Law.
